Mark 
A beach defence pillbox survives in good condition.1
It was in the corner of a field, but hedges were removed in 1994. Concrete hexagonal door to NE.2
Pillbox of non-standard design, with concrete step and platform. Approx. 1-foot high step up to a 2-feet high platform, sized 3 feet by 3 feet. The door is 3 feet high. Internal ricochet wall.
Part of the roof appears to be metal on wood rafters. The wood cladding was used on the outside.
The pillbox is visible in aerial photographs. It faces northwards, presumably with the entrance on the south side.
The pillbox was camouflaged by a hedge.3
